Natalia Alessi is an Argentinean radiologist. Three of her colleagues are not working anymore due to health issues caused by radiation exposure.

In Latin America, there are multiple factors that contribute to high radiation exposure to medical staff, but the lack of investment and maintenance of equipment is one of the biggest challenges to overcome.

Natalia tells us the factors that affect the region and why is it important to find solutions that will not only protect workers but also their families.
